Processing Time:
Each product is made to order. Please allow 5–9 business days for production before your order ships.

Delivery Time:

  • U.S. orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping.

  • International shipping times vary based on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays:
While we do our best to ship on time, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or supply interruptions. We’ll always keep you updated if there’s a holdup.


Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

  3. Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins.
After that point, the order has already been queued for fulfillment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If this happens, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll do what we can to help locate your package.


International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
